Organ Dedication Recital – June 23, 7pm
As part of the on-going celebration of our new church dedication year, All Saints has invited international concert Pianist and Organist, Dr. Jeremy Filsell, to present an organ dedication recital on Thursday, June 23, 2011 at 7pm.
Dr. Filsell combines international performing and teaching activities with being Artist-in-Residence at Washington National Cathedral. A complete biography for Dr. Filsell can be found at: www.jeremyfilsell.com.
The recital will feature solo organ works, a formal blessing of the organ, and a selection of works on the new Yamaha grand piano. A reception will follow the program. This is a free event, and all are welcome.
